1. Logon to VCSD at http://www.vjc.moe.edu.sg/vcsd/
2. Click on 'House Comm Election'.
3. Rate the nominees and click submit!!

Note that you must rank 4 nominees with a different choice, leaving the last two as 'Don't Want' =(
